Carthage can be proud of its many Service and Community organizations.
The members of these groups often donate countless hours every
year, in the hope of making Carthage an even better place to live
than it is. From local efforts like the group that plans the July
4th Celebration, to the Lions' international efforts to fight
blindness, these groups concentrate on anything and everything,
it seems, that needs attention. You may find many of them on the
