Illini West High School District

The Illini West School District 307 is a "converged" district made up of students from the elementary districts of Carthage, LaHarpe, and Dallas City. The district has almost 500 students and offers excellent instruction and personal attention to all their students. The district currently leases the high school building from Carthage Elementary School District, and is known for its quality . Extracurricular activities abound for students to excel outside of the classroom also.

The Carthage Unit School District 317 is a small district, which offers excellent instruction and personal attention to all their students.
