Many of the recreational facilities in Carthage are administered by the Carthage Park Board, which oversees all properties financed by the Carthage Park District, a taxing district consisting of the City of Carthage.

Kibbe Museum Roof
The City of Carthage will be taking bids for roof replacement on the Kibbe Museum. Bid specifications can be picked up at City Hall by prospective bidders. Bids for this project need to be delivered to the City Hall by March 29th at 4:00pm.
