9. Harry Brown Grout Barn
1937 N Hwy. 96, Sonora Twp.

This 40' by 50' barn has 22-inch thick walls and took nine years to build. Daniel Grant Luce built the barn in 1868 for horses and cattle. The bank barn is made of grout, a mixture of lime, water, and gravel, and has sandstone cornerstones.
